General Terms and Conditions (T&C)

§ 1 Scope These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Carmax Sport Solutions UG (haftungsbeschränkt), represented by Maximilian Scholl (hereinafter "Provider"), and the customer via the online shop sportbeo.com.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract The display of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded when the Provider accepts the order by sending an order confirmation by email.

§ 3 Prices and Payment All prices are in euros and include the applicable statutory VAT. The available payment methods are displayed during the checkout process.

§ 4 Delivery Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer. Delivery times are generally 7–14 business days. All shipments are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — customs costs are borne by the Provider.

§ 5 Right of Withdrawal The statutory right of withdrawal applies. Please refer to our separate Right of Withdrawal policy for details.

§ 6 Warranty The statutory warranty rights apply. The warranty period is two years from delivery of the goods.

§ 7 Liability The Provider is fully liable for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, the Provider is only liable for breach of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.

§ 8 Dispute Resolution The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

§ 9 Applicable Law The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

§ 10 Severability Clause Should individual provisions of these T&C be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
