Shipping Area We deliver within Germany and to selected European countries.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs will be displayed to you during the checkout process before completing your purchase.

Delivery Times Our products are shipped from China. The estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days after receipt of payment. Please note that delays may occur in exceptional cases (e.g. public holidays, high order volumes).

Customs and Import Duties All shipments are sent as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means that all customs fees and import duties are covered by us — no additional costs will arise for you upon delivery.

Order Tracking After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. Please note that detailed order tracking may not be available in all cases due to our shipping structure.

Returns For returns from Germany and Europe, our German return address is available to you. Further information can be found in our Right of Withdrawal policy.
